Paulina Rubio is a Mexican singer, actress, model, and entrepreneur who has been accumulating global hits for over three decades. She began her solo career in 1992 after being an original member of the group Timbiriche. Her popularity grew steadily throughout North America and Latin America, exploding definitively with the change of the millennium with albums such as “Paulina” and “Border Girl,” which resulted in an extraordinary crossover of the public. She became a global pop idol and released several successful albums such as “Pau-Latina,” “Ananda,” “Gran City Pop,” and “Brava!” Rubio is known as the "Madonna of America" and has reinvented herself with each new release, being one of the most important stars in the Latin pop firmament.

In addition to her music career, Rubio has collaborated with some of the biggest international brands during her career, such as Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper, P&G's Wella Koleston, Proactiv, and AT&T, and even has her own line of lipsticks called 'Blonde' for MAC. She is also an icon in the LGBT community and has been queen on various occasions., recently performing at Pride Madrid and in Barcelona with an audience of over 80,000 people. Rubio has been the cover of the most important beauty magazines in the world, such as Vanity Fair, Cosmopolitan, Vogue, Elle, Maxim, People, and even Rolling Stone.

‘The Golden Girl’ as she is affectionately known has achieved great success with much of her repertoire included as staples of Latin Pop, songs like "Ni Una Sola Palabra” (Not a Single Word), “Y Yo Sigo Aqui” (And Im Still Here), and “El Ultimo Adios” (The Last Goodbye). She has received more than 67 awards, including 10 Latin Billboard Awards, 6 Lo Nuestro Awards, and 3 MTV Awards. She has been nominated 7 times for a Grammy, including "song of the year" and "record of the year." Rubio has sold more than 20 million records and has collaborated with some of the most important artists in the medium, such as Los Tigres del Norte, Miguel Bose, and Julieta Venegas.

Moreover, Rubio has participated in television programs such as the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, has acted in the series Jane the Virgin, and has been a judge on several television shows, including The X Factor, La Voz Mexico and Spain, and La Voz Kids in the USA. Rubio has been a luxury ambassador at renowned festivals, such as San Remo, Viña del Mar, the New Orleans Jazz Festival, and the Platinum Awards for Ibero-American Cinema.
