Meet us on the East Side at St. Paul Square for a mid-week dose of mindfulness, movement and music at San Antonio’s hottest new(ish) venue, The Espee. This FREE class includes music and post-class refreshments to cool you down and chill you out. Class meets on select Wednesdays starting at 7p.
